Weekend Festivities

Saturday: The Dinner

Kick off the weekend with our traditional pre-race dinner, featuring our esteemed guest of honor, Prince Joachim of Denmark. Enjoy an evening of delicious food, great company, and lively conversation. View the official invitation here

Sunday: The Race & Reggae Lawn Party
The excitement kicks off at 10:20 AM as the first gun marks the start of the race. Experience the thrill of competition, including the Corporate Challenge, where Danish companies race Ideal 18 one-design boats with mixed-experience crews. With five companies already signed up, there’s room for more to join this dynamic event. Interested teams can reach out to Ove Haxthausen at ovehax@hotmail.com.

After the race, head to the Stamford Yacht Club for the Reggae Lawn Party. Sip on cocktails, Danish beer, and enjoy delicious snacks while the race results are announced. Celebrate the champions during the Awards Ceremony, all set to the lively tunes of reggae music and a festive atmosphere.
